A high-end Buick model first introduced in 1931, the Buick Series 80 Roadmaster was a fast, large-engined car which followed the company’s Great Depression-era philosophy of “more power for less money.” Their four-wheel hydraulic brakes gave them unusually good handling by the standards of the time.

The Museum’s Series 80C is a very rare Convertible Phaeton, and one of around 30 Roadmasters still in existence.
