Considered the pinnacle of early Rolls-Royce production, the Phantom IIIs were known for their quiet ride, excellent suspension and huge V-12 engine. They were popular as limousines among wealthy clients on both sides of the Atlantic.

This Phantom III originally belonged to Jewish-American cosmetics magnate Esther Cohen, who founded the Lady Esther brand.
