The truck version of the Ford Model T, the TT distinguished itself as a military ambulance and cargo vehicle during the First World War. By the 1920s, TTs, though slow and somewhat obsolete, were still ubiquitous thanks to their reliability and very low cost.
The Museum’s TT is a gasoline tanker truck, in the livery of the British American Oil Company.
