Driving the African Coast

Shrouded in mystery, the West Coast of Africa is the stuff legends are made of. These seldom explored countries bring to mind deep-seated emotions and vivid images implanted by decades of attention-grabbing headlines. What is the reality today when one man sets out to explore the far corners of the most remote regions on the planet in his specially-prepared Jeep Wrangler?

Back by popular demand, join Dan on his 21-country, 52,500km expedition from Morocco to South Africa on the West Coast of Africa.

This online talk will take place over Zoom and is part of the Canadian Automotive Museum's Third Thursday lecture series. These online talks are free and open to the public, but registration is required. The Canadian Automotive Museum is a registered Canadian charity and a suggested donation of $10 goes toward covering the cost of hosting these virtual events. Donors who make an annual contribution of over $25 will receive a charitable tax receipt.
