1981 Plymouth K Car

IMG_3949 (2).JPG

This 1981 Plymouth Reliant, known as a “K-Car”, was introduced alongside the Dodge Aries in 1981 in an effort to move Chrysler out of a serious financial crisis. Our model is a “mule”- the first car made on the assembly line. Can you spot the defect in this car? Come into the Canadian Automotive Museum today to see for yourself, and learn how the K-Car saved Chrysler.
